| International Wayside Gold Mines Ltd.'s Cariboo Gold Project is comprised of three former producing gold mines and a large block of placer claims covering 170 square miles, which historically produced 3.83 million ounces of gold.
Over the past eight years, International Wayside has invested over C$20 million on aggressively exploring and developing its gold assets on the Cariboo Gold Project. The Company completed a 10,000 tonne bulk sample on the project in 2004. The project is currently being permitted for production.
