| Golden Cariboo Resources Ltd. is a diversified resource company with participating interests in advanced oil and gas exploration projects, and an interest in the Cariboo Gold Project. In 2005, Golden Cariboo successfully raised over C$2.6 million through equity financings.
Bottrel Project:
The Bottrel Project, near Calgary, Alberta, consists of lands held by one of North America's leading oil and gas companies. Golden Cariboo has the right to earn-in to as many as 96 sections of land under varying terms and conditions. The first well, in which the company has a 15% working interest, was successfully drilled and is awaiting completion.
Lochend Project:
The Lochend Project consists of a four well development drilling program located in the Lochend area northwest of Calgary, Alberta, adjacent to the Lochend Cardium M, O pool and the Lochend A, C, E pool. Golden Cariboo has the right to earn a net interest of 15.625% in the project. The first well, successfully drilled and tested, is currently being tied-in to the gathering system.
Sarcee Project:
The Sarcee Project will consist of four wells on trend with numerous producing fields, encompassing several prospective horizons near Calgary, Alberta, Canada. The Company has the right to earn a 5% interest in the wells. Golden Cariboo has drilled its first well on the project.
